- Participate in or facilitate transactions between users.
- Handle or process payments between users.
All listings and related information are provided by third-party advertisers.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when creating accounts or listings.
- Verifying property details before entering into any transaction.
- Conducting their own due diligence regarding property ownership and legal documentation.
- Inspecting properties in person when possible before making payments.
Property Central recommends that users never rely solely on information provided through the Platform.
4. Listing Accuracy Policy
Users posting property listings are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
Listings must include:
- Accurate property descriptions.
- Real images representing the property.
- Correct pricing information.
- Accurate location details.
- Authorization to advertise the property.
Listings that contain misleading descriptions, incorrect details, or unauthorized advertisements may be removed from the Platform.
Property Central reserves the right to review, edit, or remove listings that violate these policies.
5. Agent & Advertiser Verification
Property Central may offer optional verification processes for property advertisers such as real estate agents, developers, or property managers.
Verification may include submitting documents such as:
- Government-issued identification.
- Business registration documents.
- Real estate licenses or agency credentials.
Verified advertisers may receive a verification badge on their profiles or listings.
Verification only indicates that certain documents were submitted to the Platform and does not guarantee the legitimacy of a listing or transaction.
Users are encouraged to independently verify all property information.
6. Anti-Fraud & Safety Policy
Property Central is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy marketplace. However, the Platform cannot guarantee that all users or listings are legitimate.
To reduce the risk of fraud, users should:
- Always inspect properties in person before making payments
- Verify ownership or authorization documents
- Avoid sending money without proper verification
- Be cautious of listings with unusually low prices
Users are encouraged to report suspicious listings or activity using the platform’s reporting tools.
Property Central reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.
7. Payment Safety Notice
Property Central does not handle payments between users of the Platform.
Users should never send deposits or payments without independently verifying the property and the identity of the advertiser.
Property Central shall not be responsible for financial losses resulting from payments made between users.
Users are strongly encouraged to use secure and traceable payment methods when conducting property transactions.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use the Platform to:
- Post fraudulent or misleading listings
- Upload fake property images or incorrect property information
- Advertise properties without authorization
- Engage in scams, deception, or illegal activities
- Attempt to manipulate listings or platform functionality
Property Central reserves the right to remove content and restrict accounts involved in prohibited activities.
9. Limitation of Liability
Property Central shall not be responsible for:
- The accuracy of property listings
- Disputes between users
- Property ownership or legal claims
- Financial losses arising from user interactions or transactions
Users acknowledge that all transactions and communications with other users occur at their own risk.
10. User Content License Agreement
When users upload content to Property Central, including property descriptions, images, videos, or other materials, they grant Property Central a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform.
This license allows Property Central to:
- Display listings on the website and mobile applications
- Promote listings through marketing channels
- Improve platform functionality and user experience
Users remain the owners of the content they upload.
However, by publishing content on Property Central, users confirm that:
- They own the content or have permission to use it
- The content does not violate copyright or intellectual property rights
- The content accurately represents the advertised property
Property Central may remove user content that violates platform policies or applicable laws.
11. Account Suspension or Termination
Property Central reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts that:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions
- Post fraudulent or misleading listings
- Engage in abusive or illegal behavior
- Attempt to harm the integrity or security of the Platform
Property Central may remove listings or restrict platform access without prior notice if necessary to protect users and maintain platform safety.
