Users must not upload
- Photos taken from other websites without permission.
- Images belonging to real estate agencies without authorization.
- Copyrighted content they do not own.
- Content that misrepresents the advertised property.
Enforcement
If Property Central receives a valid complaint that content violates copyright or intellectual property rights, the platform may remove the content.
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Users who believe their copyrighted content has been used without permission may contact Property Central to request removal.
